In short:

  • You own your data — we only process it to provide the service.
  • Don't misuse the platform (no hacking, abuse, or illegal stuff).
  • We do our best to keep Stackship fast and secure, but cannot promise 100% uptime throughout the pilot.
  • If something goes wrong, our liability is limited (standard SaaS rules).
  • These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stackship platform, services, and website (together, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. For example, you may not: - Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes - Attempt to access systems or data without authorization - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform - Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

3. Intellectual Property

You own all data and content you create and upload to the Services. Stackship and its licensors retain all rights to the platform and Services, including all software, trademarks, and content provided by us. In the event of Stackship's bankruptcy, we promise to make the source code of the platform available (open source).

4. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are under the pilot program provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will inform about changes via email. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
